REGULAR FUMIGATION/QUARANTINE OF ALL MODES OF TRANSPORTATION NATIONWIDE



As per DOTC Memorandum dated 30 August 1996 and in contribution/participation to the nationwide campaign on the "National Tepok Lamok And Dengue Sapok" Program (Administrative Order No. 281), you are hereby directed TO REQUIRE ALL THOSE ENGAGED IN THE LOCAL TRANSPORTATION BUSINESS NATIONWIDE (LAND, SEA, AIR) TO FUMIGATE/QUARANTINE/SPRAY ALL THEIR UNITS ONE HOUR BEFORE BOARDING TIME TO ENSURE THE NON-TRANSFER OF THE AEDES AGYPTI MOSQUITO, CARRIER OF DENGUE-FEVER, FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER.

Please submit a semi-monthly report to the Department of Health, copy furnished this Office and the DOTC on the implementation of the said campaign.
