Further to CMO No. 92-91^*, all Alert Orders against any Super Green Lane (SGL) shipments shall be issued ONLY by the Commissioner of Customs.

All other officials who are authorized to issue Alert Orders shall, if they have basis for an alert to issue against an SGL shipment shall so recommend for issuance thereof to the Commissioner of Customs.

Section 5. Repealing Clause - All Orders, Rules and Regulations inconsistent with this Order are hereby repealed, superseded or modified accordingly.
