Pursuant to Board Resolution No. 1663, as adopted on July 21, 1997 and the January 22, 1997 Decision of the Supreme Court which has resolved with finality the validity of Executive Order No. 1088 dated 03 February 1986, the authorized/applicable rates for pilotage shall be those prescribed under said EO 1088, effective 03 February 1986.  The same rates are inclusive of premium or overtime whether pilotage services are rendered during Sundays, holidays and nighttime (1800H-0600H).

All PPA orders, rules and regulations, circulars or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this Circular are hereby repealed or modified accordingly until new regulations are issued by this Authority.
