CANCELLATION OF PREVIOUSLY APPROVED JOB ORDERS UNDER THE HI-A VISA CATEGORY
In view of the expiration of the Immigration Nursing Relief Act on 31 August 1995, all unused job orders for U.S bound nurses approved for all principals in the United States are hereby cancelled effective immediately
Henceforth, approval of job orders for nurses bound for United States shall be based on the submission of proof of visa availability
