POSTPONEMENT OF THE DEADLINES IN A.O. 85, S. 1990 RE: USE OF BFAD APPROVED LABELS



SECTION 1.       Postponement of Starting Dates — In response to the request of the Pharmaceutical Industry, the starting dates for the use of the BFAD-approved labels and the declaration of products with old labels without remedial labels per A.O. 79 s. 1989, for products covered by A.O. 85 as misbranded are hereby postponed as follows:

2. Old labels shall be deemed misbranded and subject to seizure
Sept. 30, 1990 (accurately, Oct. 1, 1990)
Nov. 16, 1990

SECTION 2.       Effectivity — This A.O. shall take effect 15 days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
