AMENDMENT TO SECTION 25 ARTICLE 25.1.6 OF THE VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 85-A S. 1990 ON THE RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING ACCREDITATION OF MEDICAL CLINICS/HOSPITALS CONDUCTING MEDICAL EXAMINATION OF OVERSEAS CONTRACT WORKERS AND SEAFARERS



The above-subject section on Violations and Penalties are hereby amended to read as follows:

"Section 25   Violations and Penalties

25.1.6     Allowing other medical clinics to use their official forms of medical examination.

First Offense — Three months suspension of accreditation.
Second Offense — Six months suspension of accreditation.
Third Offense — Revocation of accreditation."

All those concerned shall be guided accordingly.

This order shall take effect immediately.
