Pursuant to Section 1942 of the Revised Administrative Code (Act 2711) the rate of postage for Postgram originating from foreign countries destined for selected cities and towns is hereby revised from P1.20 to P3.00 per piece effective November 1, 1992.

All previous administrative orders and circulars concerning Postgram mail postage rate and other service charge are hereby superseded or modified accordingly.
