1. Due to the conflicting provisions of Paragraphs 4 and 5 of item B, “Organization of PTA and PTCA on the School Level,” Paragraph 4 is hereby amended to read as follows:

“4. Tenure of Office — the members of the board and the officers shall serve a term of one (1) year to coincide with the school year, and no PTA/PCA officer shall serve more than two (2) consecutive terms. Incumbent members of the board or officers at the time of the promulgation of this Order shall continue to hold office until election of their successors”.

2. The foregoing amendment shall take effect immediately.
