Pilots, however, are reminded to set to "arm" the emergency floatation gear only when there is the possibility of immediate usage, and when "switched/set", extra caution be exercised to prevent accidental actuation of the same especially at low level flight and at airspeed above 70 MPH.
Further, pilots are hereby required to ensure that each of the passengers are given lifevest and properly briefed on its proper use and evacuation procedure before each flight which is planned to fly over bodies of water.
Strict adherence to the above is enjoined.
