Upon the successful completion of the functional and operational testing, Certificates of Acceptance of an IT Facility (CAIFs) for the following Law Enforcement and Traffic Adjudication System (LETAS) modules were issued at the sites and on the dates stated in the attached schedule:

3. Clearance

Accordingly, pursuant to the LTO Information Technology Project Build-Own-Operate Agreement of the UAT plan, you are hereby directed to commence the collection of the below specified computer fees for the modules of LETAS applicable to your respective sites as follows:
