PROHIBITION ON COLLECTION DURING ENROLMENT IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS

<p class="BODY0" align="justify">1.<span style=""> </span>Absolutely no school fees or contributions shall be collected during enrolment.</p>
<p class="BODY0" align="justify">2.<span style=""> </span>The period of collection and guidelines for collection of voluntary contributions authorized in previous <span class="SpellE">schoolyears</span> such as Boy Scouts, Philippine National Red Cross, Anti-TB Fund, school publication fees and <span class="SpellE">PTCAs</span> fees shall be set later through separate <span class="SpellE">Dep</span> Ed issuances.</p>
<p class="BODY0" align="justify">3.<span style=""> </span>Any violation of this Order by any school official or teacher will be dealt with administratively. </p>
