Pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 1436 dated October 8, 1999, a regular processing fee of P20,000.00 shall be paid to the Inter-Agency Committee for Review of Foreign Loan Documents through the International Operations Department (formerly Management of External Debt Department), Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas on all applications for review of loan agreements and related documents and double processing fee for agreements/documents requested to be reviewed on a rush basis.

This Circular-Letter shall take effect immediately.
