This is to reiterate Memorandum Circular No. 40, S. 2008, pertinent to the monitoring of compliance projects as approved in your respective regional offices and the submission of reports on the status of their completion to the PPG for the information of the Board. Said reports must be a regular item in your regional office’s monthly accomplishment report.
