Further to the MARINA Advisory No. 2010-02 dated 03 March 2010, and pursuant to the Memorandum dated 03 March 2010 of Honorable Leandro R. Mendoza, Secretary of the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of MARINA, which amended his Memorandum dated 26 February 2010 to exclude item No. 7 covering the issuance of Vessel Safety Certificate, this Authority hereby excludes Item No. 7 of his Memorandum dated 26 February 2010 particularly Vessel Safety Certificates, from the coverage of MARINA Advisory No. 2010-02.
