WHEREAS, the rates of registration fee prescribed in Adm. Order No. 01, Series of 2009, for capitalization amounting to more than P300,000.00 to P500,000.00 needs to be adjusted to avoid distortion whereby the corresponding  registration fee appears to be higher than the rate applied to capitalization of over P500,000.00;

WHEREFORE, the existing rates of registration fee prescribed in Section 3 of Adm. Order No. 01, Series of 2009, is hereby amended and readjusted to read as follows:

This Administrative Order takes effect after fifteen (15) days from date of publication in a newspaper of national circulation.
