ADHERENCE TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) AMONG THE BOC, BIR, TMG, LTO, CAMPI, TMA, MDPPA AND PAA ON THE IMPORTATION AND REGISTRATION OF NEW MOTOR VEHICLES



Attached herewith is a photocopy of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)* (*Text Available at the Office of the National Administrative Register, U.P. Law Center, Diliman, Quezon City) among the Bureau of Customs (BOC) Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Philippine National Police-Traffic Management Group (PNP-TMG), Land Transportation Office (LTO), CAMPI, TMA, MDPPA and PAA entered on 14 April 2004 on the importation and registration of new motor vehicles. All officers and employees of this Office are hereby directed to strictly adhere and comply with the provisions of the abovementioned MOA on the processing time of the CSR (3 days), Sales Reports (2 days) and Registration of the motor vehicles (1) day.
