Pursuant to Republic Act No. 7432, Senior Citizen Act, the Authority deemed it appropriate to grant discount on the following terminal fees to be bonafide senior citizen:

CONDITIONS:

1. In any of the above-mentioned passenger terminals, a passenger who is a senior citizen passing thru the passenger terminal shall present his/her senior citizen card in order to avail the privilege on the discounted terminal fee to the terminal clerk/collector.

2. A special terminal fee ticket valid for one entry shall be issued to a senior citizen upon payment of the discounted terminal fee.

3. Such privilege is entitled only to the senior citizen and shall not be transferable or cannot be extended to his/her companion.

This circular takes effect immediately.
