In view of the completion by Master Iron Works and Construction Corporation of their rescinded contracts for the rehabilitations of Dagupan City National High School and the East Central Elementary School, Dagupan City, the orders of rescission are hereby withdrawn and the suspension under Department Order No. 120, series of 1992, is hereby lifted effective immediately.

The lifting of the suspension order does not extinguish the obligation of MIWCC to pay liquidated damages pursuant to C-88 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of PD 1594 for its failure to finish the rehabilitation works within the specified contract time.
