AMENDMENT OF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 05-A, SERIES OF 2011 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS “REVISED IMPLEMENTING GUIDELINES FOR MMDA PUV ROOF TAGGING”



In the interest of Public Service and finding merit on the request and representation by the AUV operators, Memorandum Circular No. 05-A, Series of 2011, the following are hereby ordered:

  1. Front and Back Markings as required in the Roof Tagging Implementing Guidelines shall not be applicable to AUV Public Utility Vehicles.
  2. All provisions of Memorandum Circular No. 05-A, Series of 2011 inconsistent herewith are modified accordingly.
