In the interest of public service and pursuant to MMDA Resolution No. 11-02 Series of 2011 otherwise known as “PUV Roof Tagging”, the following are hereby ordered:

1. Tagging of Tourist Buses and Public Utility AUVs shall be implemented on December 12, 2011.
   
2. Tagging of all Provincial Bus, Taxi, Jitneys, and Cargo Trucks is still deferred.

A one week grace period from December 12, 2011 or until December 18, 2011 shall be observed where the non-compliant Tourist Buses and AUVs shall only be warned of the Roof Tagging Violation. Actual issuance of TVR for violation of Roof Tagging shall commence on December 19, 2011.

All other issuances inconsistent herewith are modified accordingly.
