In the interest of public service, the following are ordered”:

1. Tagging of Tourist Buses as provided in the above-captioned Memorandum Circular is DEFERRED.
   
2. The one-week grace period provided in the aforesaid Memorandum Circular shall no longer be implemented; hence beginning December 12, 2011, non-compliant AUVs shall be issued corresponding Traffic Violation receipts.

All other issuances inconsistent herewith are modified accordingly.
