Memorandum

Commemorative Plates

1.0           This Office has received numerous concerns regarding the continuous use of commemorative car plates even if the prescribed period for use of the same has already lapsed.  Proper use of regular registered plates is, at the same time, apparently being widely disregarded.

2.0           In the interest of public safety, you are hereby directed to strictly enforce the prescribed rules and regulations in the issuance and use of commemorative car plates.

3.0           For information and immediate implementation.

Adopted: 14 May 1993

(Sgd.) JESUS B. GARCIA, JR.
Secretary
