In view of the request of CCC Construction to lift its suspension under Department Order No. 4, Series of 1993, for the reason that it had already completed the construction of one classroom school building in Arebasore, Mabinay, Negros Oriental on January 11, 1993, with the consent/approval of the District Engineer of Negros Oriental Engineering District, the suspension imposed on CCC Construction and its proprietor under Department Order No. 4, Series of 1993 due to the rescission of its contract for the project herein mentioned is hereby lifted effective this date.
