In the interest of the service and in order to simplify and expedite the issuance of visas for DOMESTIC HELPERS AND CARETAKERS, presentation of the original Chinese version of CLA approval letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is now required by the Taipei Economic & Cultural Office in the Philippines (TECOP) effective 12 July 1993.
