TERMINATION OF THE REGISTRATION OF ILLEGALLY ACQUIRED/UNREGISTERED RADIO EQUIPMENT FROM ALL AGENCIES OF THE GOVERNMENT, ITS INSTRUMENTALITIES AND OF ITS OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES
Effective January 31, 1994, the registration of all illegally acquired/unregistered radio equipment from all agencies of the government, its instrumentalities and subsidiaries and of its officers and employees is terminated, and to this end, Memorandum Circular Number 7-12-90 is hereby deemed repealed and superseded by this Memorandum Circular.
