All training centers and manning companies offering training courses for MARPOL 73/78, Annexes 3, 4, 5, and 6 are hereby directed to submit their application for interim accreditation pending finalization/approval of the Model Course not later than 15 March 2010 with the accomplished checklist shown in the attached Annex^* of this Memorandum Circular.

Training provider and manning companies with in-house training program that fail to comply with this memorandum shall not be included in the list of training provider issuing certificates which shall be recognized in the implementation of the Professional Regulation Commission Memorandum Circular No. 09-24 dated December 11, 2009 (MARPOL 7.3/78, Annexes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6).

The fee for interim accreditation shall be Php6,000.00 per course submitted.
