In the interest of the service, only the following are authorized to issue alert/hold orders, to with:

1.    Commissioner
2.    District Collector
3.    Deputy Commissioner for Intelligence Group
4.    Deputy Commissioner for Enforcement Group

All other rules, orders and regulations inconsistent herein are hereby revoked, modified or amended accordingly.

This Order shall take effect immediately and shall last until revoked by the Commissioner.
