In order to conform with the date of filing of Income Tax Return as provided in the National Internal Revenue Code, this Board hereby amends the second paragraph of the Memorandum Circular 2004-031, Re: FILING OF ANNUAL REPORT, which should now read as follows:

 

“To make certain its compliance therewith and pursuant to the regulatory powers of the Board, it is hereby reiterated that all operators are required to file with the Board or its Regional Offices their Annual Report in the form prescribed by the Board on or before 15th of April of every year. Operators engaged in more than one denomination of public service shall file a separate Annual Report for each denomination.”

This Memorandum Circular supersedes all other issuances inconsistent herewith, and takes effect immediately.
