The second paragraph of MC No. 655-2005 is hereby amended to read as follows:
“Confirmation of the Bureau of Customs (BOC) Certificate of Payment (CP) for imported motor vehicles and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Certificate of Clearance of Motor Vehicle (CCMV) for chopped-chopped / cut-up motor vehicles shall be required. Request for Confirmation (LTO Form No. 25) shall be used in case of change venue of registration.”
