RESOLVED, to APPROVE and CONFIRM the Policy and Procedural Guidelines (PPG) on Survivorship Benefits.
RESOLVED FURTHER, the all policies and issuances inconsistent herewith shall be deemed SUPERSEDED.
A copy of the PPG* is attached and made an integral part of this Resolution.
