Please be advised that all Blocktimers without exception must be registered with the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board. Television stations must require every Blocktimer to present his certificate of registration with the MTRCB before having any dealings with them.

The fact of a Blocktimer being a "one shot deal" is no excuse for non-registration. The fact that the Blocktimer's program has been given an exemption from review by the MTRCB is also no excuse.
