Please be informed of the following addendum to the MTRCB "Guidelines for Movie Trailers" on the subject of BLASTING:

1. Only one (1) blasting scene shall be allowed in a 15 seconds and 30 seconds trailer.

2. A maximum of two (2) blasting scenes shall be allowed in any trailer of longer duration than above-mentioned.

The Board was constrained to adopt these rules to ensure fairness and uniformity in this matter and to answer the persistent public clamor for less violence in trailers.
