Please be informed that it is a Board policy that once a movie print or trailer has been reviewed and edited by the MTRCB, such movie print or trailer can no longer be the subject of an appeal for second review.

Before a print or trailer is cut, the owner is deemed to have accepted the classification has evinced by the authority to cut which the owner gives to the Board.

This Circular is being sent out for the benefit of anyone who may not yet know of this policy which has been in effect since May 4, 1993.
