Relative to the implementation of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) – Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Interconnectivity Project, directive is hereby given to all applicable LTO sites in NCR, Regions III and IV that effective July 5, 2010, only Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) with valid Confirmation of Franchise, electronically transmitted to the LTO-IT System will be accepted for registration.

Further, this Office shall no longer accept manually transmitted Certificates of Franchise for any LTO transaction in the aforementioned regional and district offices except for franchises issued by the Local Government Units particularly Tricycles, Three- Wheeled MV, Moped and Others wherein details shall be encoded by LTO Evaluator in the LTO-IT System.
