In accordance with the recommendation of the NEDA Board and pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution Nos. 979 and 1156 dated August 30, 1995 and October 4, 1995, respectively, the items listed in Annexes* A and B hereof are hereby deleted from the list of regulated commodities under Appendix 1-D of CB Circular No. 1389, Series of 1993, as amended. Accordingly, the importation of such items no longer requires the prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry thru the Board of Investments/Bureau of Import Services/Inter-Agency Committee on Used Trucks and Engines.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
