Consistent with the continuing effort of the DENR to rationalize and streamline the implementation of the Philippine Environmental Impact Statement System, and in response to the request of affected industry groups and other stakeholders, DENR Administrative Order No. 2004-61, "Delegation Authority (LLDA) to Grant or Deny the Issuance of Environmental Compliance/Certificate of Non-Coverage ECC/CNC for Projects Located in Environmentally Critical Areas (ECAs) within the Laguna de Bay Region," is hereby recalled, As such, processing of ECC/CNC applications and granting or denying the issuance of ECC for projects located in ECAs within the Laguna de Bay Region shall be at the EMB Regional Offices.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
