RESOLVED, to APPROVE and CONFIRM the Policy and Procedural Guidelines (PPG) on the Revised Claims and Loans Interdependency Policy (CLIP) for Retiring Members subject to further refinements.

A copy of the draft PPG^* on the Revised CLIP for retiring Members is attached and made an integral part of this Resolution.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that PPG No. 168-02, the Claims and Loans Interdependency Policy is hereby AMENDED.
