As recommended and agreed upon by the participants during the National Convention on LTO Operations last November 17 to 19, 2010 at Clark Field, Pampanga, MC No VPT-2010-1412 dated 31 August 2010 re: “Consolidated Guidelines in the Requisition and Issuance of Duplicate Number Plates, Change Classification Plates, Replacement Plates and Special Plates including Duplicate Windshield Stickers/Year Tags” is hereby recalled for further study.

Instead, all concerned offices are advised to comply with Memorandum Circular Nos. 503-2004; 530-2004; RIB-2007-860; AHS-2009-1086 and AO No. 82-005 dated 30 March 2004, 12 July 2004, 2 August 2007, 4 December 2008 and 17 November 1982, respectively.

Strict compliance herewith is enjoined.
