In line with the outreach program of the present administration and in order to render effective and efficient delivery of public service even during Saturdays, effective immediately all concerned are hereby directed to ISSUE STUDENT PERMITS ON SATURDAYS in your respective areas.  Accordingly, the following shall be observed:

issuance of student driver’s permit shall be conducted in the district offices, licensing centers and extension offices in your areas (for NCR; district and extension offices only)

conduct 30 minutes lecture to the applicant before issuance of Student Driver’s Permit

applicant to submit required supporting documents personally and to sign in the LOGBOOK.

Further, the Memorandum for the issuance of Student Driver’s Permit to Foreigners dated 20 August 1991 shall still be in effect.
