In the interest of the service and pursuant to Board Resolution No. 445, series of 2015, SHFC Corporate Circular No. 13-022 entitled CMP Express Lane For Victims of Eviction, Demolition and Disaster and those threatened therewith is hereby amended particularly Annex B which contains the list of deferred documents covered by guarantee fund under Section III (Coverage and Process) by deleting and removing “g. Tax Declaration in the name of the CA 5%.”

The tax declaration requirement shall be removed from the list of deferred documents since the community association has no control over such requirement. This amendment should be applied retroactively to all projects taken out under the express lane guidelines. Thus, the guarantee fund amount corresponding to the tax declaration should be released immediately to the Guarantor.
