Under Section V. B. 2. a. 2. a. 4. Specific Guidelines on Personnel:
The following are the minimum personnel required on a full time basis:
- A psychologist shall comply with R.A. No. 10029, “Philippine Psychology Act of 2009” and DOH standards and requirements.
The aforementioned is hereby amended to read as follows:
A supervising psychologist may be employed on a full time or a part time basis, and shall comply with R.A. No. 10029 known as “Philippine Psychology Act of 2009”, and DOH standards and requirements. It shall be the responsibility of the psychologist to ensure the validity, reliability and trustworthiness of the psychological report.
Part of the PEME annexed (as Annex-K) to the foregoing A.O. No. 2013- 0006 is psychological screening and evaluation which includes, but are not limited to, the following: a) Interview, b) Autobiography, c) 16 Personality Factors Test (16 PF Test) and d) Raven’s Standard Progressive Matrices (RSPM) or Purdue Non-Language Test (PNLT).
Annex K of A.O. No. 2013-0006 is hereby amended as shown below:
