Relative to resolution 944 (1994) adopted by the UN Security Council on 29 September 1994 to terminate the sanctions imposed under Resolution 917 and previous resolutions regarding Haiti, MARINA Memorandum Circular No. 84, series of 1994 which implemented the United Nations Security Council Resolution No. 917 (1994), particularly paragraphs 6 (b), 9 and 10, is hereby rescinded.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
