AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF HAGONOY EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HAGONOY, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, TO MAYOR EMILIO G. PEREZ MEMORIAL HOSPITAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of Hagonoy Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Hagonoy, Province of Bulacan is hereby changed to Mayor Emilio G. Perez Memorial Hospital.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
