AN ACT TO REPEAL REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FOURTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO AMEND AND REPEAL CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FOURTEEN HUNDRED ELEVEN, REGARDING PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS FOR THE PROVINCE OF BOHOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred seventy is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. The items in Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven which were amended or repealed by Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred seventy are hereby reenacted and revived.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without executive approval, June 21, 1959.
