Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item (b), page eighty-six, group IV, sub-paragraph twenty-eight, for the City of Manila, paragraph "f," section two of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, is amended to read as follows:
