Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. Item (5) under "d. Bataan," paragraph 2, Title G, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred is amended to read as follows:
"(5) Abucay Communal Irrigation System, (Labangan River)
Construction of diversion works P15,000.00"
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
