Be it enacted by the Semite and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The sum of two thousand pesos appropriated under item (128), page 708, subparagraph (
ab), for the Province of Leyte, paragraph
b, Title A, Section three of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred, to wit:
"(128) Construction, Sitio Panyi Templanza
Barrio School, Matalom........................... P2, 000.00"
is hereby re-appropriated for the construction of a school building in the barrio of San Juan, Municipality of Matalom, Province of Leyte.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
