AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF BAYBAY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAKATO, PROVINCE OF AKLAN, TO COL. JOSE TANDO MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL



Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:

SECTION 1. The name of the Baybay Elementary School located in Barangay Baybay in the Municipality of Makato, Province of Aklan, is hereby changed to Col. Jose Tando Memorial Elementary School.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without executive approval, April 27, 1984.
