Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The name of the Eastern Visayas Science High School in Candahug, Palo, Leyte, shall be changed to Philippine Science High School-Eastern Visayas Campus.

SEC. 2. The students of the Philippine Science High School-Eastern Visayas Campus shall enjoy the same benefits and privileges as the students of the Philippine Science High School in Diliman, Quezon City.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on June 15, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
