Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The Panique High School in Barangay Panique, Municipality of Aroroy, Province of Masbate shall be converted into a national high school to be known as the Panique National High School.
SEC. 2. The Panique National High School shall be under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS).
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
